THE COMPREHENSIVE EDUCATION: A GUIDELINE FOR EDUCATIONAL MODELS BASED ON COMPETENCIES IN VENEZUELA

摘要
The educational models allow institutions to integrate into society that lives and is part of their culture in order to achieve the proposed goals in research, teaching, community service and ethical life projects. So now rethinking the educational model means creating ties with society and mankind. Discuss the educational model is to recognize profound processes of transformation in the cultural, professional and above all intellectual proposals charged interest. The objective of this research is to analyze the formation of the citizen, as an indispensable guideline to the new Venezuelan educational model skills, based on testing it, literature search and reflective, on macro Venezuelan educational environment and the various components to integrate in the new educational models. We concluded that the current Venezuelan legislation sees education as a fundamental human right, which must be provided in a comprehensive, permanent, quality, and equal opportunities, giving clear guidance to those with responsibility for raising the Venezuelan curricula. Likewise, the Education Law explores on university education and states it as a process of integral training of citizens, laying the foundations for the opening of new Venezuelan educational models. This regard ensures comprehensive training and not just limited to compliance with academic programs, but considers the goals of the institution in all areas: dynamic generators and evaluation of changes and modifications which porpoise is the participation of all members of the educational community.
