摘要
The one- and two-band Hamiltonians for CuO2 layers of high-T(c) superconductors are analyzed within the unrestricted Hartree-Fock approximation, as a function of doping. It is shown that a large number of solutions exist, which correspond to possible metastable spin and charge configurations. A solution in which the spins are coplanar and form a vortex-like pattern is described. The solution is shown to be favoured by the frustration effects induced by doping. The differences and similarities between the results for the two Hamiltonians are remarked on. The excitation spectrum and the response function of the textures induced by doping are calculated. The spin wave spectrum is shifted to lower frequencies, although the antiferromagnetic peak at zero energy is depleted, whereas charge excitations appear at energies comparable to the spin modes.
