摘要
Indole-3-acetic acid (1A A) levels were analyzed in the cambial region of artificially inclined Cryptomeria japonica by GC-MS and GC-MS-Selected ion monitoring (GC-MS-SIM). After inclination, the amount of endogenous IAA was higher in stem from the gravitationally lower sides, where compression wood formation occurred, than in stem from the lateral and upper sides. © 1990, Walter de Gruyter.
