摘要：
Inheritance studies were carried out with two different strains of red tilapia in order to develop a model for production of all-red populations. Single-pair matings of white males (segregates from the propagation of Philippine red tilapia) with wild-type colored females of the same stock, and with Oreochromis aureus and O. niloticus females, produced all-red progeny. Dominant red O. niloticus, mated with wild-type colored O. niloticus, also yielded all-red progeny.
