Synthesis of a hexacyclopeptide on solid support using BOP reagent

摘要：

The linear hexapeptide(His-Gly-Asp-Ser-Gly-Asp) was synthesized on solid support. FM group was used for alpha carboxyl protection group at Asp1. Peptide was cyclized by BOP reagent while still attached to the solid support. BOP procedure proceeded more rapidly aid gave purer product than DCC/HOBt method.
