HPLC ANALYSIS OF ESTROGENS IN HUMAN URINE BY FLUORESCENCE DETECTION

摘要：
A method is described for the determination of oestrogens in human urine by HPLC with fluorimetric detection before and after enzymatic hydrolysis. Urine samples were extracted using a Sep-Pak C18 column and the sample clean up is performed by partition of the oestrogen between ether and buffer solution at pH 10.1. The free oestrogens (oestriol, oestradiol) and labelled oestrogens with dansyl chloride, (oestriol, oestradiol, oestrone) were separated on normal phase (CN column) with hexane - isopropanol gradient elution.
