摘要：

Scattering and energy distributions after the interaction of fast protons with a clean W(100) surface at grazing angles of incidence are investigated. The experiments are performed at UHV conditions with projectile energies ranging from 0.3 to 1 MeV and angles of incidence from 1 to 10 mrad. We observe pronounced dependences of energy loss and angular scattering on the angles of incidence and scattering. The angular scattering is well described by a diffusion approximation. © 1990.
