摘要
Many different theories can be found in the literature coping with the decomposition of powers and currents in electrical systems under non-sinusoidal conditions. The main difference between them lies in the domain where the decomposition is obtained. This paper analyses both a time-domain and a frequency-domain decomposition of powers and currents in three-phase systems and shows how the comparison between their results gives much more information than the results of a single decomposition about the load identification and the way the non-active components of power and current can be compensated.
