摘要
Since the existence of urban life, cities have had many changes and regenerations according to functional and physical point of view. That dynamism were uncontrolled many years, physical quality of spaces, lack of reinforcement has not allowed the the desired of level urban life of development in Turkey. Don't answer the needs of urban services, causes individuals are not satisfied with urban life. Quality of life depends on personal fulfillment and the fulfillment requirements belong to the urban life. The quality of urban life, can be expressed as a concept with the objective and subjective evaluation criteria that realized the mutual interaction of economic and environmental axis. There are general opinions these criteria related to that the physical, social and economic functions of objective criteria, passions, expectations, such as happiness and satisfaction of various aspects of personal life are the subjective opinions of quality of life constitutes the criteria. This study of the scope, not elicited subjective components, open and green spaces in the case of the city of Kastamonu have examined important a position have balancing the relationship deteriorated between man and nature living and improving conditions of urban life.
