摘要
Indirect low frequency (10(-3) - 10(-4) Hz) ocean electric field measurement technique is discussed. Latitudal component of electric field is calculated from difference of longtitudal components of magnetic field on the sea-floor and on the surface. A priori information on integral water condactivity is also utilized. The technique is illustrated by examples for the Mediterranean sea.
