摘要
A total of 117 hybrid pigs of both sexes with an average liveweight of 47 kg was used according to a completely randomized design for substituting the soybean meal and Mozirsk yeast of the feed (control) by handmade protein molasses (HPM). In the control and HPM-treatments, 7 and 6 pens, respectively were used. Restricted feeding (3.2 kg of feed air-dry weight) was used in both treatments. Daily gain was higher (723 versus 660 g) in the control treatment, although this was not so in days on trial (62 versus 67), initial liveweight (46.8 versus 48.2 kg), final liveweight (91.6 versus 92.4 kg) or feed conversion (4.37 versus 4.80). HPC could be used in fattening pig rations for decreasing thc traditional protein sources in the feeds.
