摘要
In this article the author reviewes ASP ERPs, ERP implementations based on the ASP model during 2000-05 with respect to generations, categories and types of ASPs, pricing models and trend analysis. Based on a critical analysis of facts, it has been seen that ASP implementations are very specific to the user industry, to the region, to the features of the ERP product, to the needs of the organization and to the criticality of the application to the organization. The author tested these hypotheses based on case analysis. Further he studied pricing models and cost of implementation in the long run. It was seen that implementation strategies do not effect the cost of implementation since the value chain is long and each chain has its own structure. In fact, it is specific to an organization and vendors.
