THE GROWTH OF TGS CRYSTALS DOPED WITH L-ALANINE BY THE ROTATING-DISK METHOD

摘要：
Ferroelectric triglycine sulphate (TGS) crystals are grown from aqueous solutions containing different proportions of L-alanine. The experimental device is based on the rotating disc method in wich several modifications have been introduced. The L-alanine content of the samples is studied by means of the internal bias field measured from the dielectric hysteresis loop.
