摘要
This research presents a study of the mechanics behavior of the aluminum alloys AA-6063 under aging thermal treatment. The material initial state is bars squared of 5/8" X 3/4", fabricated using an extrusion process. The alloys are homogenized at temperature of 550 degrees C for one hour, a second treatment is realized, the ageing at temperature of 350 degrees C in times for one, three and five hours respectively. It were realized tension tests, charpy tests and hardness test (P=50 g.). The maxim impact energy was obtained at the low time ageing of one hour. However it was increased fifty three percent (53 %) when it is compared with the original condition, and two percent compared with the condition homogenized. Fracture mechanism of coalescence voids was determined by MEB. The presence of big quantities of precipitates of silisure magnesium was determined by ED-X.
