摘要
The article concerns the maintenance of ecological connectivity of regional importance, as illustrated with the example of the Wieliszew municipality in the vicinity of Warsaw. In the present study, we analysed the landscape structure of the municipality, we determined the existing natural connections, and we assessed their spatial continuity and functioning. The developed ecological network was confronted with the planned functional and spatial structure according to the study of spatial development conditions and directions (local plan), in particular in terms of the spread of anthropogenic bathers. The planned dense built development and new road of regional importance lead to significant fragmentation of the landscape, and thus result in limitation and the decrease in efficiency of the existing ecological connections.
