摘要
The present work concerns the partial substitution for the Fe(III) ion in spinel lithium ferrite In addition to the Li and Fe in the basic formula, up to four other cationic constituents were employed with the aim of increasing the saturation magnetization. Substitutions for Fe(III) by non-magnetic ions such as Zn(II), Ga(III), Ge(IV) and Sb(V) were carried out. The magnetic properties of the ceramics obtained were studied over the range 4-900 K. The X-ray crystallographic data are discussed and the existence of superstructure lines is explained.
