摘要：
A new series of thiophenic isosters of thioxanthones, namely: 2-substituted-4 H-thieno[2,3-b][1]benzothiopyran-4-ones and 5-substituted-2-nitro-8-methyl-4 H-thieno[2,3-b][1]benzothiopyran-4-ones were synthesized as potential schistosomicidal agents. The synthesized compounds were characterized by their1H-NMR data. © 1990 Springer-Verlag.
