摘要
The purpose of research. To study features of distribution of multifocal malignant tumors and to reveal groups of patients with the raised risk of development of the second malignant tumor in conditions of the Far North. Material and methods. The retrospective analysis of case records, outpatient cards of 194 patients with tumors for the period 2001-2005 is lead. Results of research. In RS (Y) the standardized parameter of malignant neoplasms morbidity of population for 2005 has made at men 270,8 0/0000, that is higher on 5,6 % of a level for 1995 (256,50/0000), and at women on 3,6 % (accordingly 176,2 and 170,10/0000). In the beginning of the analyzed period (2001) the parameter of multifocal malignant tumors morbidity on 100 000 of population corresponded 3,30/0000. For five years term the specified parameters exceeded initial levels in 1,7 times (6,00/0000). From them 36,8 % of tumor cases have been defined as synchronous. The conclusion. Growth of multifocal malignant tumors morbidity in RS (Y) is caused by wide introduction in a clinical practice of highly effective medical products. The increase in life expectancy of patients causes probability of occurrence in them of new (metachronic) tumors. At men enhanced attention demand the persons cured in occasion of malignant tumors of skin, lung, stomach and kidney, at women - a mammary gland, skin, colon and genitals.
