ETHICS IN THE VENEZUELAN ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT

The objective is to develop an epistemological reflection about ethics in the Venezuelan organizational context, contrasting with the current society in crisis, with an apparent absence of values, demonstrated in public and private organizations. It is also connected to cultural and management elements towards the decision making in this cultural context. The investigation has a documentary character, oriented to generate conjectures from the analysis of the discourse to the different ethical perspectives in different contexts, coming from several of the Venezuelan organizations. The main conclusion is that ethics is related to the individual rather than the institutions and it is reflected in the organization.
