CU-63 AND NB-93 NMR-STUDY IN SUPERCONDUCTING NB/CU MULTILAYERS

摘要
Cu-63 and Nb-93 NMR have been carried out in Nb/Cu superconducting multilayered thin film down to 0.1K, and nuclear spin lattice relaxation time, T1, in low field (H=100 Oe) has been measured by using field cycling method. 1/T1 of Cu-63 has a coherence peak just below Tc and decreases at low temperatures. The value of 1/T1 at low temperatures increases with increasing the mean free path of electrons in the Cu layers.
