Open government in the context of the legislative power in Peru. A documentary analysis

An open government has as its main characteristic transparency, promoting participation and collaboration, in order to improve quality of public services. The objective of this research was to develop a documentary analysis on influence of application of open government management model on trust of citizens in relation to legislative power in Peru. The study was descriptive and documentary, with a qualitative approach and type of basic research. Documentary analysis technique was used. It is concluded implementing open government model influences trust of citizens in public institutions in Peru, based on principles of transparency, collaboration and participation. Likewise, trust of citizens towards the public institutions of Peru, especially legislative power, is explained by implementation of open government management model.
