摘要
The stability of vertical flows of highly disperse suspensions and colloids was studied at small and moderate particle concentrations and for systems that are virtually close-packed. A relation between thermal and hydrodynamic pulsations is demonstrated, and their role in the ''pressure'' that prevents volume deformation in the flow of a dispersed phase and accounts for the existence of a parametric domain of the flow stability.
