摘要：
The paper analyses the results of researching personal characteristics of criminals that commit environmental crimes in Irkutsk region. The author singles out the socio-demographic and moral-psychological personal characteristics of an environmental criminal. It is determined that the data regarding the share of persons that committed environmental crimes in groups or under the influence do not correspond to the facts.
