摘要
Lithium tantalate (LiTaO3) crystals were grown from molybdenum crucibles by the Czochralski and Stepanov techniques. Physical constants of the LiTaO3 melt, such as density and capillary constant, were determined. The quality of the crystals grown from molybdenum crucibles was practically identical to that for iridium crucible material. © 1990.
