摘要
A non-aqueous photopolymer system with dispersed enzyme is used to make photolithographically patterned enzyme membranes for amperometric glucose electrodes based on thin-film platinum electrodes. A method for adjusting the linear range of the electrode response without additional membranes as diffusion barriers is described. Measurements were made in both batch and flow modes.
