EFFECT OF ASCORBIC-ACID AND SELENIUM ON BLEACHING ACTIVITY OF FURADANTINE AND FURAZOLIDONE IN EUGLENA-GRACILIS

摘要
The effect of genotoxic substances on Euglena gracilis cell-s is ireversible loss of functional chloroplasts-hereditary bleaching. Bleaching activity has also furadantine and furazolidone. We found out that ascorbic acid and selenium (in the form of sodium selenite) high significant lowered the number of ireversible white mutants Euglena gracilis, induced by furadantine and furazolidone.
