摘要
Several methods based on mathematical morphology were tested for the deagglomeration and size distribution measurement of clustered latex particles in TEM images, using a PC based image processing system. An iterative method based upon the geodesic transform of the binary image, and a separation method using greyscale "watershed" information in the original image both gave good agreement with manual measurements. The watershed method was 8 times as fast as the iterative method.
