摘要
While initially the exploration of a marketing plan for supported employment for individuals with psychiatric disabilities was a new venture for both the mental health program and the marketing/advertising firm, it has been an exciting and stimulating process for both parties. Clearly the technology and services offered by the marketing/advertising firm has greatly broadened the approach to employers and has helped gain new access to a significant sector of the business community. The overall effectiveness of the marketing plan is still being evaluated but the early indications are that it is having a significant impact in the agency's public image and ability to develop an increased number and variety of supported employment opportunities. © 1995 Human Sciences Press, Inc.
