摘要
This study aims to analyze customer's preferences in internet banking, to determine the factors effecting customer's attitude concerning transaction and process in internet banking, and to identify the factors from the view of customer's characteristics effecting customer's attitude as well as sources of these factors, results of analysis imply that significance of these factors varies according to customer's characteristics.
