摘要
Hot wire measurements in the wake of bodies with sharp edges are presented. The edges were inclined (delta wing) or parallel (square, rectangular plates) with bevel against or with the flow. The nature of vortex shedding at various angles of incidence and Reynolds number was investigated by analysis of the cross power spectral density of the two hot wire signals. The delta wing is characterized by both alternate and simultaneous vortex shedding.
