摘要
Binary mixtures of sulfathiazole and oxytetracycline can be resolved by using derivative spectrophotometry. The method is suitable for samples containing 3-35 μg ml−1 of sulfathiazole and 3–40 μg ml−1' of oxytetracycline. The mixture was determined in honey without previous separation when the fourth-order derivative spectrum is used for eliminating the background absorbance. Good results were obtained for various types of honey samples of different precedences. © 1991, Academic Press, Inc.. All rights reserved.
