摘要：
Given the recent transformations which has undergone the geography of Norte Fluminense region, in particular those leveraged by the oil industry and the logistical and industrial development of the Porto do Acu, it is important to implement studies and research that relate and analyze main impacts of these interventions in space at different scales and to develop a real conscious analysis contribution of such transformations for socio-spatial development of Campos dos Goytacazes. From the concept of socio-spatial development, seek review of the recent local economic dynamic impacts and take stock of the gains related to development that is expected to amount of investments have had.
