For epitaxy of high-T(c) superconductor (HTSC) the knowledge of thermal expansion coefficients is very important to master cracking and strain problems. In this paper, the thermal expansion coefficients of NdBa2Cu3O7-delta (0.15 less-than-or-equal-to delta less-than-or-equal-to 0.60) were measured by means of neutron diffraction in the temperature range from room temperature up to 800-degrees-C. Between 400-degrees-C and 550-degrees-C a phase transition from Pmmm to P4/mmm was observed.
