摘要:
Hydatid disease is a parasitic infestation caused by Echinococcus granulosus characterised by cystic unilocular lesions located mainly in liver and lung. There is hepatic affectation until in 66% of the infections. Cyst rupture into the peritoneal cavity is rare but very important to diagnose because of his complications: it can cause fever, pruritus, urticaria, eosinophilia and even anaphylactic shock. We report a case of a 50 year-old man who consulted for repetition anaphylaxis episodes as the only clinical manifestation of hepatic hydatid cyst.
