A WC9 SUBCLASS WOLF-RAYET STAR IN THE LARGE MAGELLANIC CLOUD

摘要
It is argued that the emission-line spectrum of the LMC nebula N82 with embedded star(s) probably does not contain a WC9 spectrum, as claimed previously. A WNL or Of type spectrum appears more likely. Thus, the low WC content of the LMC remains as before: completely dominated by WCE stars.
