摘要
Dialogue and the management of public relations are postulated as ones of the major challenges related to CSR in the companies. Publics are becoming one of the best features of many of the actions carried out by organizations and their CSR policies and stakeholders are including CSR in their demands. An approach to CSR from Public Relation is needed. Our research aims to study the relationship established between Corporate Social Responsibility and the management of public relations in firms. The main purpose is to know how Spanish companies are managing relationships with their stakeholders. The methodology is focused on the content analysis of the activities related to the stakeholders that are included in the CSR reports of large Spanish companies. The main results show that organizations are managing their relationships with audiences, they give a greater role to shareholders, invertors and employees; companies employ traditional communication tools primarily, although they are beginning to use new channels of dialogue. As a novelty, we highlight the emergence of new interest groups and the use of communication tools such as microblogging or social networks.
