摘要
The present text approaches the thematic of continuous formation at the service of teachers and the use of Technologies for Communication Information and Distance Education as resources for this formation. Bibliographic and documental research was used, as well as the application of questionnaire and interviews for data collection. We state that at Aecio Neves' state government, through the State renovation called "Management Shock", the elements of managerialism are tough. We identify a strong presence of business systems present in the language used in governmental speeches: effectiveness, efficiency and quality; and the teachers' work reconfiguration, marked by processes that resulted in its intensification.
