DOUBLE-LAMBDA COMPOUND NUCLEUS AND THE FORMATION OF DOUBLE HYPERNUCLEI

摘要：
The formation probabilities of single-LAMBDA and double-LAMBDA compound nuclei from THETA- following the (K-, K+) reaction are calculated, showing that double-LAMBDA hypernuclei are formed with a fairly large probability through a hyperon compound process involving THETA- directly after the (K-, K+) reaction.
