摘要
The article is about activity of UNWTO in Russian online mass media. There is an assumption that Russian mass media do not pay enough attention to interrelationship of UNWTO and Russia. The target of research is online mass media in 2014. There is a brief overview on events of 2014 positively or negatively influencing Russian travel business and Russian tourism at all. Following the results of analysis author makes a conclusion that interrelationship of UNWTO and Russia happens only as meetings of Rustourism head and UNWTO representative. Author pays attention on development of tourism in Irkutsk region and states that there are not publications on this theme despite there is a tourist's stream to Irkutsk region and to lake Baikal. There is a conclusion about insufficiency of mass media attention to that problems though problems of tourism are connected to political and economic problems which should be known by society.
