摘要
A device for focusing ballistic electrons is proposed. It consists of an array of quantum point contacts and a potential barrier drawn up by a gate. Computer simulation analysis of this device shows that it can focus electrons in a cone of 20-degrees, with a throughput of almost-equal-to 0.6%.
