摘要：
The article makes an analysis of the most recent models of human capital planning that print this strategic character. It determines contributions and limitations of them and makes considerations that can enrich this important subsystem of the human resources management system. It also makes a brief assessment of the real situation presented by this subsystem in the context of the Cuban business sector.
