摘要
This note addresses some issues that are creating constraints and an unbalanced situation between communities and the mining industry. The purpose is to stimulate discussion about the long range impact for the mining industry's future expansion path as well as the challenges to obtain and maintain social license during the entire life cycle of a mine.
