摘要：

While analyzing protection of cultural heritage in Lithuania and Poland there is necessity to define conception of cultural heritage, objects of cultural heritage, and institutions which have the main task to assure functions of cultural heritage in these countries and its legal regulation. The aim of research - to show and compare legal regulation and institutional system of cultural heritage protection in Lithuania and Poland. The research object - cultural heritage. The research methods - analysis of legal acts, systemic and comparative analysis, specification and generalization.
