摘要：
The application of a YIG film to thin film inductors enabled to increase the inductance without increasing the stray capacitance. The sandwich type YIG inductor exhibited an inductance forty times larger than a similar air core inductor. The inductance of these type of inductors was calculated using the reluctance of magnetic circuit which locally surrounds the cross section of each conductor.
