摘要
Urban activities take rural grown, especially near to the city. Farm activities and farmers reduce their presence and the rural landscape leaves its place to a mixture of uses and the landscape loss quality. This procest is not considerate by the studies of environment impact. Urban promoter pages a quantity of money to the farmer by the grown which it has been expropriated. In this paper we propose a methodological model to size the impact of the urban actuation to the farm activity and rural soil. The object of this model is to get economical and soil compensation for the farmer who wants to go on with the farm activity.
