摘要
On criticism of the Bologna process and its impact on the curricula of the Spanish law schools, the paper welcomes the change to the approach based on student-centred learning to analyze its implications for teaching, specially training competences and learning outcomes. The author believes that the integration of Spain into the European Higher Education Area runs some risks that must be managed from the responsibility of the teacher in a realistic way and concludes that by forcing teachers to review the premises of their teaching is an opportunity for the self-criticism and methodological renovation that can lead to a change in the teacher's professional culture.
