摘要
Criminological characteristics of criminals enroaching on ecological security are discovered in the article, particularly criminals who practice illegal hunt and Aquatic Biological Resources extraction. Criminal's personality is discovered through his social nature, complex of characteristics, internal, links and relation that define him. Interrelations between social and individual life conditions are considered as ecologic crime determinants. Subjective and motivational criterias of socially approved rules and social norms evaluation are given in the paper. It presents psychologic and social factors that determine criminal's anti-social behavior. Psychologic and social substructures of personality, sociodemographic criterias of ecologic crime are defined. Qualitative and quantitative indexes of crime in illegal hunt, illegal fishing, and birding and Aquatic Biological Resources extraction are discovered (by the example of Eastern Siberia). Sociodemographic aspects of criminal's personality are closely studied acoording to gender, age, education, family status and his occupation.
