摘要
Monograph examines problematic aspects of enterprise formation, development of professionalism, increase of motivation, means and methods of enterprise development. The empirical research performed in striving to identify factors determining their enterprise level, activity and motivation to work is topical for social and economical processes having place in Lithuania. Presented research material scientifically and practically can be adapted for identification of enterprise activity, social and objective competence of countryside citizens and for grounding priorities of social skills and increase of possibilities of motivation to work, and this presupposes further directions of researches of such character. Comments presented in a review are not essential, the structure of monograph correspond the features of scientific monograph determined by Ministry of education and science and can by published.
