摘要
The proposal to present and discuss the possibility of a permanent training of field teachers in condition to become active subjects of learning and express such possibilities in the transformation of being and if this feeling is experienced by frequent students of higher Vocational Education of field is the main scope of this article. All the methodological approach was based on a content analysis of the data collected from the questionnaire. The results show that teachers feel part of the process and active partners in trying to develop policies for performance and training of this professional in the field even living the reality of the closure of rural schools in Brazil.
