摘要
Electric vehicles with driving motors placed in wheel have broad market prospects, and in-wheel motor is regarded as the key component of electric vehicles, with important theoretical and engineering application value. This paper describes the current situation and existing problems of in-wheel motor, analyses the mechanism of iron loss, copper loss, and mechanical loss, and studies four types of motor temperature field analysis methods that involve equivalent heat road method, equivalent thermal network, finite element method, and coupling method of temperature field and fluid field. By comparing the methods of gas cooling and liquid cooling, the research progress of in-wheel motor cooling is analysed, and the development trend of in-wheel motor cooling technologies is discussed in the paper.
